Monthly subscription rates depend on the number of registered kids in your school, the size of your exclusive territory, and the number of schools you operate.

  • Depending on the population, demographics, and area of exclusivity around your preschool or kindergarten, a license fee starts at USD $15,000.
  • A license is for 10 years and can be renewed at no extra cost every 10 years subject to agreed KPIs and compliance with our agreement. You can cancel the license any time after the first 5 years by giving 12 months notice in writing. There is no penalty.
  • There are no royalties. Your school pays a monthly subscription per registered child.
  • You use your own business name and can add the Kipinä logo to designate that you are teaching the Kipinä Program.
  • You are not required to design or fitout your school, or make any capital expenses.
  •  You determine the prices you charge and all other operational issues. 
  • Because this is a License Agreement, not a franchise, you are completely in control of your own business
